1. In the Economic Section of
the consulate general in Düsseldorf the telephone rings. |
In der wirtschaftsabteilung des Generalkonsulats
in Düsseldorf klingelt das Telephon. |
2. A secretary answers. |
Eine Sekretärin meldet sich. |
3. Mr. Bauer is on the
telephone. |
Herr Bauer ist am Apparat. |
4. He would like to speak to
Consul Wilson. |
Er möchte mit Herrn Konsul Wilson sprechen. |
5. But unfortunately Consul
Wilson is not in his office at the moment. |
Aber leider ist Konsul Wilson im Augenblick nicht

6. His secretary says he is at
an important conference. |

7. She doesn't know when he's

23. Then he has to spell his
